Materials: Recycled from New York City's retired yellow cabs, the medallions were in use 1998-99, and the base is made from the cabs' hoods. AA battery included.

The authentic city-issued medallions and the metal backing have been salvaged from retired Yellow Cabs (their life expectancy is only two years) and used to make these eco-friendly and stylish timepieces. The clocks are a perfect and sustainable gift for any car buff, lover of iconic yellow taxis, nostalgic New Yorker or aficionado of good design on your list.
